Do you mean Thuringwethil and Lúthien together, or just both of them respectively? Embarrassed to say I don't recall offhand who was doing them as a pairing this month, but I did find that intriguing.

I've no idea how my Thuringwethil fic will pan out. I'm envisioning it as a short story around 5,000 words, but then I envisioned the same thing with Draugluin and now instead I'm writing a story about him that has no end in sight.

As a very short-lived pairing, of course! And I, er, may have made that one manip to sort-of feature it.

Okay, that was you who made that...apologies for my memory, that must've been a few weeks ago and it's all a blur by now. For some reason I was thinking more than one person had done something concerning that pairing, but I think that was a slightly deluded notion. Could be I thought that because that image stood out a lot in my mind.

Lol...now I'm curious as to what your scenario looks like (mine has far less how they met, and far more Celegorm and Curufin freaking out, Maedhros not believing them, Orodreth being some kind of scheming plotter, etc.)

Haha, mine is like the prequel then...Thuringwethil is dispatched to hunt down and capture the fleeing Orodreth during the Minas Tirith 1.0 takeover, and, well, I dunno what happens from there because I suck at romance. I am, however, good at thinking up weird, awkward situations that have the potential to end in characters coming to a better understanding of each other.

Yes, yours if like a prequel...that idea really sounds interesting though. I suck at romance as well...romance is just hard to write.
