I had an idea, based on B2MeM being all about getting back to doing Tolkien-y things. How about something a bit like what picowrimo does in November? The idea with that is you set your own goals (eg write every day, write 1000 words, finish a wip etc) and everyone posts about what their goal is. Then throughout the month someone posts a daily post for people to report on their progress and encourage each other.

The problem I can see with this is that this community is a lot bigger, so the posts would get unwieldy.
