We haven't worked out specific details yet. What I'd imagine we would do is provide an assortment of banners; those who participate in reading week (by reading others' stories posted for B2MeM) can choose a general banner. We may also offer banners for those who meet specific goals for commenting on said work.

It's not been decided yet; there was just some support expressed for more time to read the work created for B2MeM without feeling pressured to simultaneously work on one's own B2MeM project(s).
