*waves* - I'm Mrowe here, but write as Nath (on HASA, AO3 and MPTT). I've been reading Tolkien since I was about ten, and lost count of how often I read LotR. I've been present in online fandom on Usenet since the late 90s, and writing fanfic since 2002 (though I've always made up stories in my head before then *g*).
My (current) main interests in writing are Aragorn and Halbarad (and the Dúnedain in general). Apart from words, I also occasionally dabble in images (and thus: icons).
Now for SSP: I have a few longer works going on (for a number of years *ahem*), and though I love all my children equally well, the nearest and dearest to my heart is Unto the ending of the world (http://www.henneth-annun.net/stories/chapter.cfm?stid=7028)(long; dark AU: Sauron regains the Ring; ongoing; warning: major and multiple character deaths, though not too graphic).
Two shorter stories that I particularly like are Spindrift (http://www.henneth-annun.net/stories/chapter.cfm?stid=8011) (Elendil, no warnings), and ... I'd better leave it at the one, since I'm now starting to think Help, I do like them all... well, most of them anyway...
