If you've read all this way, have a cookie. You deserve it.

I want my cookie! It is a lot to absorb in a short story. It needs to be a longer story. (Don't mind me. If I like a story I always want it to be longer.)

I'll read it again and it will be easier. The first read-through with so much information was a little difficult.

I really like the structure behind the story, however, and the characters we meet really work for me. The matriarchal elements are fascinating as well.
