I'd like to post a link to "Four Seasons of Arnor" by Kaylee Arafinwiel here, which is up at Many Paths to Tread, because people who are interested might otherwise miss it:

It's written on the general B2MeM 2014 theme of Four Seasons of Middle-Earth, rather than to a specific prompt, and features young Aragorn.

Far and away my favourite entry of this week was a craft piece, Elliska's take on the Elessar.

My favourite of the fics this week was Not By Chance by lin4gondor, which was a wonderful little gapfiller on Elrond's thoughts before the Council. Also a must-read: Linda Hoyland's evocative non-comp ficlet, Release, about some prisoners.

And for something way out of many people's comfort zone, try Prayers about Rain by dawn_felagund.

If you are an Elrond fan, don't miss Sunrise by raise_the_knife. If you're not an Elrond fan - read it anyway. It's a short, quick read, so it won't even move you out of your comfort zone for long, and it might just turn you into an Elrond fan!
