This song has always brought out a fair amount of wintery melancholy in me, and I was glad to see it used to such great effect here. Your characters come to life, and I adored Celebrian. I loved the little details we got of Elladan and Elrohir as well, and I am always a fan of Erestor. I was LITERALLY just wondering about his backstory and where he might hail from pre-Rivendell a couple of hours ago, so this fit quite nicely into my own thought-processes.
