Sadly, not Orodreth. He was a modest type who took himself way too seriously and probably bathed with his underpants on. Had he ever heard of LaCE, I suspect he'd have approved.

Of course things work somewhat differently in your 'verse - but then almost everyone had more fun than Orodreth :D
