I really love fics that delve into the elven politics (which, I can imagine, were terribly complicated even during the best of times!) The way you wrote all the characters here was great, but I really liked your portrayal of Celeborn - especially towards the end. His last line was really powerful. And you showed the Sindar-Noldor differences really well, I think.
