I think it's probably a good thing to challenge one's personal convictions from time to time - I know I spend a fair amount of time challenging and questioning mine, and they have changed significantly over the years, and continue to do so, as I learn and experience more. And reading elf slashfic is probably a fairly safe way to do that, so I'm glad I was able to help with that a bit for you. :-)
