A lovely story. I just picked up how it fitted with the Silmarillion as I read through, especially at the end.
I've just started with the Sil again. I read it many years ago and gave up halfway through. Now I have it as an audio book that I can listen to as I work,
but once through is still not enough for my brain to remember all the plots. Now I'm going to listen to each chapter over many times.
I bow to your knowledge and ability to fill in such a story so beautifully. Fab reading.
