I had been wondering why Denethor chose to send Boromir of all people for this journey, who surely would be needed at home in the fight, but his reasoning here makes perfect sense to me. And I love how you describe the relationship between the brothers, and their interactions. It makes me sad knowing that this is almost the last time they will see each other TwT
