O.O Wow. These two stories were very thought-provoking, interesting and scary. The idea of anything of Sauron being left behind...I'd heard a little bit about "The New Shadow" but I've never gotten to read it, or what there is of it. These are very well written (the image in particular of the young elf's corpse Sauron possessed has stuck with me *shudder*) I hope Eldarion's days may grow brighter, though in the wake of his parents' still-recent deaths I can see where they might not for a while. :(
