You've listed a few here I hadn't heard of before. Time to research them and find out what I can get for my library shelves - LOLOL. (One book that I've found extremely helpful is "The History of Middle Earth Index" which stands next to my very well thumbed and post-it-noted copy of The Silmarillion. Of course, that is a Tolkien-written book and yours were not written by Tolkien.) I'm so pleased that you listed these !!!!
