Creator’s Notes (optional): This is something of a footnote in my fic series 'The Elvenking’, and the half in non-italics will make its way into a future chapter of this story. You don't need to read it (I would love if you did!), but all you need to know is that in that story’s chronology, Thranduil was born in Doriath, spent his early years as a marchwarden and soldier, and is about 200 years old at the time of the Sack of Menegroth.
Summary: The Silmaril is set in the Nauglamir, and nothing good comes of it on either side of the ensuing conflict.

Summary: At the time of the sinking of Numenor, an earthquake strikes Greenwood the Great.

In the Fiondilverse, Telemnar is the birth-name of Tar-Ciryatan, who here is a year shy of being crowned. Ciryatan, literally “ship-builder”, is the Quenya equivalent of Cirdan.
A/N the Second: Wow, I had to retitle it because I used the exact same title before, lol. And for B2MEM, too! *facepalm* I like this title better...(and when I say 'had to', I mean for my own peace of mind, not any modly reasons. Though, if the Mods are listing these somewhere, doubtless two "Atop The King's Tower, by Kaylee Arafinwiel" entries would look silly)

Summary: As the former Sindar of Doriath try to find new homes, Oropher and Celeborn try to explain to Gil-galad and Galadriel why those elves under Oropher and Amdir will not accept aid.

Author's Notes: This might be stretching the definition of no longer important - they're certainly less important, Doriath is gone, and many of them are dead, but some of the Sindar remain in positions of power until at least the Fourth Age. Hopefully I did an alright job writing it, as well.
