Nali’s Puzzles and Devices (Crossovers and non-Middle-earth AUs)

Nali's Puzzles and Devices

Dwarven Puzzles and Games; also needles, pins, and repairs made to pots and pans.  (This is the stall for all crossovers and all AUs that are not set in Middle-earth.)

Comments are now closed but you can continue using the prompts; no claiming is necessary.

How to Post your Prompts:

Leave a comment with the subject line identifying the main characters, gen/het/slash/femslash/poly (if it’s not obvious), a brief description of the prompt, and possible warnings if needed (MPTTor SWG’s). The comment itself should be the prompt.

If for some reason you cannot make a subject line appear, please write and bold the relevant information as the first line of your prompt.

The subject lines and/or bold text will allow participants to easily scan for prompts they're interested in.

For example:

Subject line-- Frodo and Aragorn, gen, hurt/comfort at the Field of Cormallen
Comment-- While Frodo is unconscious after being rescued from Mount Doom, Aragorn cares for him.

OR

Comment-- Fëanor/Nerdanel, wedding night, sexual content

On their wedding night, Fëanor and Nerdanel end up not sleeping at all, as they are too busy enjoying each other.

Remember, no fanworks are to be posted in the prompts posts.

The Silmarillion/Arthurian mythology, gen

Avalon's really Tol Eressëa / Maglor is actually Merlin (or, more likely, Taliesin) / I just want Silmarillion Elves interacting with the knights of the Round Table. Who is more morally perfect, Finrod or Lancelot? (Probably Finrod -- but they'd have fun debating philosophy, right?) Does Maeglin and Mordred drift off together under a dark cloud? What about Gawain and Maedhros -- do they agree that leading a bunch of fractious, occasionally murderous brothers are like herding cats? Big, murderous cats?

Aredhel runs away with Morgan, y/n?

Haha, thanks for the clarification! I was a little angsty at first (I hadn't even put in 'Arthur, Morgause, Túrin and Niënor discuss the drawbacks of sibcest' -- which I can see why people would taken a back from!)

Anyway, good luck! Can't wait to see what you come up with. :)

Well you can do a lot with that. To be honest, a crossover here has been simmering here for a long time. *blames Curufin with his ideas*

Yes! It's wide open -- anything goes.

Oh Curufin, dear. One may smile, and smile, and remain a villain.
