I'll have too look into these comics, too, they look interesting!

Those comics are, indeed, awesome, and I have been following them for about ten years. My only caveats to recommending them are 1) they are D&D based, and the early strips are much heavier on gaming jokes than plot, and 2) the early art is pretty sucky.
