Player Pages Ready!

This morning, I sent out an email to everyone who has signed up to participate in this year's B2MeM event. One of the requests made in the email was for each participate to check her or his player page to make sure that it is showing up correctly and that all requested cards have been added. I just finished updating the player pages, so if you're participating, please take a moment and check to make sure your page is correct:

(I am still in the process of working out how to best post the player pages on MPTT, which uses a slightly different setup than the SWG.)

If you requested cards after I sent out the email today (about 3 PM GMT), those cards aren't on your player page yet. I'll hopefully get them added before the event starts but can't make any promises, as we've less than a day left (eep!). You can still play with the prompts and will receive credit; they just may not be up on the website right away.

I've also only gotten one text card added in order to check the display; I'll be working on adding the rest tonight and tomorrow.

Mine looks great thanks and my cards are all present and correct. I was checking out some of my friend's cards too and nothing is showing up for Cairistiona.

My cards are showing up all right, but my name is misspelled. It should be "Cairistiona" (with an "i" after the first "a") instead of "Caristiona". :)

My apologies, Cairistiona! (My RL name is always being spelled wrong, which really gets on my nerves, so I'm a little horrified that I've made that mistake myself!) I've fixed it on the page, but I might have to wait till I'm home to upload it. (I'm at work now and am going to attempt to upload it but we'll see. :)

Nath, I'm looking at your page now, and I see all 12. The pages load rather slow, so maybe it didn't load all the way? The other trick is to put a ? at the end of the URL to force the page to load the current version versus pulling from the cached version. I did a massive upload of updated pages, so it's possible it's loading the old image and not the updated version. Try this:

It is an excel chart with all prompts, in the individual sheets you can see the different prompts for the same number (there are about 34 of them for each number! @_@) You can highlight the cards you claimed to see what prompt combinations you can get.

Busy is about right! :D To say that this year's B2MeM has exceeded my wildest expectations is quite an understatement. We currently have 105 cards, 75 participants (at last count ... I think I saw at least two more sign on this morning), and I haven't counted how many cards have been claimed. It's pretty incredible. I'm so grateful to my comods and the volunteers who have made this possible; I could not have run this alone.

Ironically, we chose this event, in part, because we thought it'd be fairly low-key. Heh.

I didn't get the email yet - only one that listed all cards I had claimed, but gave no other information or requests.
However, all my cards appear to be ony my player page (aside from the two I just claimed yesterday) so all's well there!

All the cards are there! (Though I had to see if my text-only file was up, and I had to laugh when I saw the link ends with "Indy".)

One minor, minor thing: there's a space between Independence and 1776, and it bugs me every time I see it. If it could be fixed at some point-- I don't care when, you have more important things on your plate-- I'd appreciate it.

Really can't wait to start! :D

The only card not showing on my list is the last one I requested: Caroling. But I received the confirmation e-mail on the 25th so I think everything's fine. It's just not displaying on the page.

I can see my bingo cards just fine on my player page, but I didn't get an e-mail from you, Dawn. :(
It occurred to me that it could be because a couple of years ago my e-mail was hacked (that was my gmail account) and I could never get back into it again).
So now I use my hotmail account exclusively, which is jenni_441@hotmail.com. If you had sent an e-mail to the other one you may want to update your records for me. :)
