Elros' choice (or rather, the particular reasons he had for making it) still puzzle me; perhaps they'll reveal themselves if he decides to have another fic written about him. What I think I know about my particular Elros is that there's a great deal of nature in his choice to become mortal, and a great deal of nurture in accepting the kingship of Númenor. But I'll stop yapping now and say thank you. :D
