I've been reading The Lies of Locke Lamora series by Scott Lynch, so I had no problem at all identifying brutal female enforcers - his books are full of them. I glossed over the torture-porn aspects here (or it didn't strike a chord) but would have definely added bloodplay to the listed kinks (though I see from your comment to Aliana that you're de-emphasizing the kink aspects.)
I knew it was femmeslash going in, but now I almost wish I could have experienced it without that awareness! It will be interesting to see what kind of comments you receive when you post this independently of the b2mem challenge.
