Authors Notes: Ok a drabble to get my second Bingo – but this is what the muse gave me J
Halbarad shared a smile with Aragorn as they tracked the deer through the wood. He knew that his friend was determined to bring a deer back to his grandparents as a thank you for the love they had shown him since his return to the Dúnedain. In the short time since Aragorn had returned, Halbarad had come to love him as a brother and the two of them shared a friendship that Dírhael said was as close as the one he had shared with Arador. Halbarad just knew that he would follow this young man wherever he would lead him.
