I've got a few prompts I claimed that I haven't been able to write anything for. I'm not wired Friday through Saturday, sometimes Sunday, and often large parts of Thursday, so I'd claim stuff on the basis of "OMG MUST WRITE LOOK THERE ARE THREE LINES IT'S A DRABBLE!" and then come back three days later to a decision: should I deal with that mess or keeping abreast of whatever had just come up? In a couple of cases, I ended up choosing the latter.

(And then there was Winter Queen, which just kept collecting prompts - a necessary process, and it made that story very prompt-efficient, but do you realize that thing is an even 10 pages of drabbles? 10! Right down to the bottom line of the page!)

Glad you enjoyed my problem children stories! I find that if I can pull them off, the stories that are hardest for me to write are often the most interesting.

Sorry about the meta-analysis - if it helps, I just rotted my brain on grading and grade-input for class two, which was really a book-keeping disaster and took most of the day to deal with. I just pray I've got everyone's stuff in one place now.

I...feel kinda bad for her? Okay, not the same thing, admittedly.

See, now I want to correct this! Darned Femslash card, giving me another Ioreth-like project!
