When you click on the LJ cut, it should display all of the banners and icons that are available. You shouldn't have to click any links to view the images, but it seems your computer doesn't like stuff hosted on the SWG server so the images below the LJ-cut aren't showing! :) All of the images are hosted on the SWG server. If you go to this page, are you seeing the images on the page? There should be a small icon below each of the Special Projects titles.
I uploaded one of the banners to Photobucket. Is it displaying for you?
I'm going to email my comods as well and see if anyone has any ideas of what might be wrong and how to fix it.
