The recipes sound great. I finally looked up Caster's sugar. Apparently it is somewhere in between the two types of white sugar readily accessible in the US--regular table sugar and confectioner's sugar. But I found online that one can make Caster's sugar by grinding ordinary granulated sugar for a couple of minutes in a food processor. Gratuitous too much information, but someone might wonder. I want to try the cheese cake.
Forgot to say that Alex and I may make the cinnamon biscuits this weekend. Those sound yummy and ridiculously easy.
