Thank you for reading and reviewing! :o) I'm glad to see all my rewrites really ended up with something that works - while I was at it it felt getting more and more complicated. Particularly the weather and date issues weren't planned, but an embarrassing accident; I made an embarrasing mistake about the elven calendar, and would have to completely rewrite the whole story otherwise, and so the weather stuff was born. I'm also happy to see the children's age works well. I like reading about children when they are well done, but realise how difficult it is to catch a certain age and development stage and stick to it, and also not to fall into the fluff & cuteness trap. I was lucky to have live examples in my nieces who also serve as character models to a certain extent.
I'm sure they danced themselves into oblivion! It certainly works with bouncy!niece. *g*
