Thank you for reading and reviewing! :o) I'm not very familiar with twins, but learned from two friends how have a twin that they aren't indeed carbon copies and don't want to. Indeed, this is based on "The Valley". My original idea for the prompt was already written as a draft when I realised that I would totally spill the beans of "The Valley", so I had to change it and ended up with this bedtime story. The festival name was another writing accident in a way - I wrote first about a spring festival and thought only later to look up if any existed, and spiced_wine pointed me to this one. But it fitted into my own cultural view of Imlardis so well that it was actually the perfect way to illustrate this cultural melt.
