Back to Middle-earth Month

Thank you! I hadn't really realised until the comments came in how out of character this story is for me, too. Normally I hate to imagine my heroes - people I saw doing awesome things in the prime of life - live to be frail and potentially forgotten, supplanted by new heroes.But for some reason, with these particular heroes, I'm quite happy to see them at the end of their lives. It's a period of the story I seem to be drawn to more and more. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and that any tears were good tears.
