A lot of the descriptions here have been borrowed, at least in this chapter. Fiondil, my atto indonyo (father of the heart) wrote the description of Meduseld better than I ever could on my own, I admit. This chapter is intentionally meant to echo the meeting, in Stirrings of Shadow, of Thorongil's introduction to Thengel King and so I borrowed a fair amount from it, though I haven't lifted a whole chapter or anything, lol. Still - generational echoes.
