I love a story with a good twist to it. I wasn't expecting Gollum so you surprised me. He would look like a bull frog from a distance in the dark, wouldn't he? Nice suspense. I wonder what else Deloc has seen that others discount? That hobbit may know more than folks think he does. A very interesting OC. I enjoyed your take on the prompt very much.
