Thanks so much, Elwen! I don't know why the Watcher grabbed me, but when I saw that B7 = Watcher in the Water, I figured I'd give it a go. It's totally impossible to avoid anthropomorphizing a non-human POV, but it's fun to try. I took my first stab at it as a raven's POV in Driftwood (http://www.silmarillionwritersguild.org/archive/home/viewstory.php?sid=1173), so I thought I'd try again.
