I'm glad that this idea about Maedhros and Himring works for you--I had previously hinted at it in "Nest-building", but it was a bit less deliberate there. It was this scene that the drabbles about Celvandil were written to build the background for, of course. Celvandil will get his horses, as Maedhros promised, but then, later...
