Oh thank you, nettenya! Well, Perry's not "mine", exactly; Dreamflower, too, calls Merry's son "Periadoc", and I thought i remembered her telling me she actually wrote to the Professor asking for Merry's son's name, and got an answer - so I consider Perry "Word of God"-canon, at least, however secondhanded. (Actually, she must have said a friend of hers had that experience now I've double-checked my sources.) That's why I didn't tag him as "OC", though I've amended it. But I realize that's probably not going to pass for canon to everyone. Anyway, I'm glad you like him! :) I'm sure Perry was influenced by his Tuckborough cousins, LOL!
