Oh, this is so lovely in so many ways! I love the idea of Míriel and Fëanor finding each other post-death and giving each other comfort, strength, and love. The sex is actually very fitting and realistic -- just as there are real cases of people who are closely related but had been separated for many years having sex to regain that closeness, this feels like learning each other, finding each other at last.
And I love, completely love, the idea of the Silmarils being their key to escaping from Mandos. It turns the tragedy of Maedhros' suicide into victory, and means that they will be all together again, as they should be! <3 <3 <3
