Yep. He would not be happy with it. (In fact, it bothers him so much that "my" Saruman never actually spends much time in it. In my headcanon he takes over Lobelia's room after he's seen her hauled off to the Lockholes. But he doesn't waste much time sleeping-- he has too much damage to inflict on the Shire.)
