I'm so glad Sam finally has the chance to see Michel Delving! Born and raised in a big city myself, I'm afraid even Michel Delving seems tiny when I visit it on LOTRO, lol, but going round to the other settlements of the Shire I can appreciate how big it looks to Sam!
