This might be helpful if you have a lot of cards: www.deviantart.com/download/7022139957282693/b2mem2012_by_mirachravaia-d4rcnew.xls It is an excel chart with all prompts, in the individual sheets you can see the different prompts for the same number (there are about 34 of them for each number! @_@) You can highlight the cards you claimed to see what prompt combinations you can get.
