Thank you for another successful Back to Middle-earth Month! In March, we had nearly 150 fanworks posted and over 300 prompts available for adoption.

We would like to thank our mod team: [livejournal.com profile] dreamflower02 and [livejournal.com profile] indy1776 for leading the event this year, and [livejournal.com profile] angelica_ramses, [livejournal.com profile] dawn_felagund, [livejournal.com profile] huinare, [livejournal.com profile] marta_bee, [livejournal.com profile] mirach_ravaia, and [livejournal.com profile] rhapsody11 for helping create and run the event. [livejournal.com profile] huinare was also the mod in charge of the [livejournal.com profile] b2memsupport comm and [livejournal.com profile] indy1776 was the tagging mod.

We especially want to thank our volunteers: [livejournal.com profile] zopyrus for bookkeeping, [livejournal.com profile] lignota for tagging, and [livejournal.com profile] zhie for her work in the support comm.

We also deeply appreciate the work that our graphics makers did, for both participant banners and stall banners: [livejournal.com profile] broadbeam, [livejournal.com profile] heartofoshun, [livejournal.com profile] ladyelleth, [livejournal.com profile] lignota, [livejournal.com profile] mrowe, [livejournal.com profile] the_winterwitch, and [livejournal.com profile] zhie.

A few reminders:

  • B2MeM prompts never expire, and we encourage you to keep using the market stalls as a source for inspiration when you need it! Now that the event is closed, you are welcome to use any prompt you want without paying a farthing for it.

  • Likewise, the B2MeM community is open year-round for posting fanworks created using B2MeM prompts. If you are still working on a piece for a prompt that you purchased, we hope that you will post it or link to it on our community when it is finished.

  • We have B2MeM subcollections on AO3 available, for years 2006-2013 and 2015. B2MeM 2014’s works are in a separate collection. (Instructions for posting to AO3 collections.)
