A question, do you put the stamps only after I post the drabbles?

You receive your stamps as soon as you report in here. You don't have to publicly post a piece for it to be eligible for a stamp.

Sometimes there is a lag between a stamper confirming a stamp and when it actually appears on your card. (I can't speak for how Lyra does her stamps, but for example, I confirm a request right away, then stamp all of the cards at once in the evening.) Or sometimes you might not see a stamp because your browser is loading a cached version of the image; press SHIFT + F5 to load the page with the updated image.
