Summary:  Elladan and Elrohir are caught in a storm in the mountains.

Summer Storm

Elladan huddled under the meagre shelter of an overhanging rock, which did nothing to shield him from the driving sleet which seemed to probe creeping, icy fingers into his very bones. "It shouldn't be doing this!  It's June - it should still be summer, even in the mountains," he observed morosely.

"It's not though, is it?" Elrohir pointed out.

The billowing veils of ice drew back a little to reveal a vast expanse of cloud looming ominously overhead.  The eerie light showed a wall of whiteness bearing down, and a low rumble shook the mountain peaks.

"Now what?  Thunder?"

"Snow!"
