Summary: "Above her brow her head was covered with a cap of silver lace netted with small gems, glittering white;" - when darkness falls, stars go out. I wanted to recreate the cap of Arwen Evenstar that she had when Frodo first saw her. This is just a progress photo, it still needs much work.
