1. The LiveJournal community will be closed to new fanworks on August 1.

2. B2MeM has been imported onto Dreamwidth. If you have not already commented and you have posted one or more fanworks on the LiveJournal B2MeM community between 2012 and now, please comment here or on the linked post to acknowledge you have read the linked post and know that your fanworks are now hosted on Dreamwidth. If your DW username is different from your LJ name, please tell us. You only need to comment on one post.

After August 1, we will be privately contacting everyone who has not commented in order to inform them of the import. Please help us by letting us know you know.

Acknowledging the import is just that: if you do not want your fanworks on Dreamwidth, please let us know.

I have read the post and am happy for my stories to be hosted on Dreamwidth. My stories were posted from my other LJ account (rhymer23) but I'm away from home at the moment and I can't remember the password for that account.

I'm not sure how to import and i do not have a Dreamwidth account-- is it necessary i make one? Thanks.

Importing the B2MeM comm to Dreamwidth is something the mods have already handled; the only thing we need you to do is confirm that you understand your fanworks are now hosted there. You can see the new comm here.

If you wish to participate in B2MeM on Dreamwidth, you have three options:

1. Sign up for a Dreamwidth account.

2. Use the OpenID account the import created for you. OpenID accounts are automatically created for anyone who posted fanworks in the LJ community; it is a function of the import process. OpenIDs can do most things a full account can do; please read the link to learn more.

3. Comment on fanworks using anonymous comments. As long as you sign them Periantari, we have no problem with "anon" comments. However, this option means you would not be able to post fanworks in the new community.
