It looks like a bird well able to act as scout for Saruman, but nevertheless very convincingly a bird!

Lovely! I really like how you managed to invoke the wind between the feathers. I always think the birds in Tolkien's world deserve more appreciation, so I'm always happy to see something featuring them, especially if it's so nice done!
