WILD CHILD
Frodo's mother, Primula, may have been born a Brandybuck, but her mother was a Took. Bilbo gave little credence to the rumours of fairy blood somewhere in Took ancestry, and yet...
Oh, those closer to the Thain were relatively respectable but every now and again, a wild child would surface, and Frodo appeared to be one such. Half a Brandybuck he may be, but Saradoc swore Frodo had inherited more than his quarter share of Tookishness. Bilbo hoped that age would not sober the lad, for he could think of none better to curate the lore Mad Baggins had gleaned.
