Summary: The ice melts

 

It was gold sickness
Caused his heart to turn to ice
Entombed by the gold

It was Azog whose
Cruel blow made his limbs like ice
Even towards death

The hobbit’s words
Helped reach his heart
And a hand held out
Wrought warmth to his limbs
Starting the healing
