How often and what do you post: Varies depending on how busy I am with school and work. When I'm not swamped, I post sporadically on LJ/DW and more frequently on Tumblr.
How often you read your friends-list and/or comment: Again, it varies depending on how busy I am with school and work. When I'm not swamped, I read my flist pretty regularly. But I don't usually remember to comment.
Friending policy: Fairly strict on LJ/DW, since that's where I post more personal stuff. Much more lax on Tumblr.
