Excellent (non) use of colour here, and the facelessness of the Rider is perfect. An incidental detail perhaps, but I very much like how you've done the leaves on the tree. The shading on the horse is nicely done as well. Its face looks a tad too friendly perhaps! But then there's not a great deal that you can do with a horse's face.
