B2MEM Challenge: I29: ghazal (Poetic Forms), What is the most tedious, routine work that you have to do? Write down a few tedious or routine tasks that you're sometimes required to perform. How does doing routine work make you feel? Would you like to have somebody do it for you? Now write a story, poem or create an artwork where characters have to deal with tedious jobs.

B2MEM 2015: Khamûl’s Sulfurous Exfoliants (for my prompt. This ficlet is slightly inspired by, but not officially related to, the crackfic inspired by same last year.)
Format: ficlet, poetry
Genre: Crack, probably. Also romance? Ish? Humor? Depends on what you find funny…I laughed so hard writing it…
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Um. Do not eat or drink anything while reading.
Characters: Khamûl, Ringwraiths
Pairings: Three/you’ll see
Creator’s Notes (optional): This came to me when I was rereading the Poetic Forms card, and saw “ghazal” which to me sounded like a Ringwraith name or something. I asked my friend Anda what a Ringwraith might write poetry about, and she said “Find out.” Challenge accepted….and now I feel weird.
Summary: At Tharbad’s Greenway Spring Faire one year, Wraith Three whiles away the time between customers by jotting down some poetry that was running through his head. He never expected the subject of his poetry to find it…

B2MeM Challenge: “We know that the crebain were Saruman's spies, but were all crows on the side of the enemy? Write a story or create artwork about crows, good or bad. This article about crows bringing gifts might provide inspiration. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-31795681” - Linda Hoyland
Title: Angandil’s Strange Evening
Format: Short story (~1950 words)
Genre: Gen
Rating: PG
Warnings: n/a
Characters: OCs, Saruman, Nazgûl
Pairings: n/a
Creators' Notes (optional): My ‘verse takes “The Hunt for the Ring,” version C, from Unfinished Tales as canon; excerpt from the relevant passages in the endnotes. Events in this fic proceed according to that version, excepting of course the parts pertaining to my OCs. Angandil and Moril have appeared in a few of my Saruman-centric stories on Lotrgfic.com.
Summary: Angandil, chief of Saruman’s crebain, witnesses the Nine pay a visit to Isengard.
“Go tell Curunír: Strange visitors, bad feeling.” )
independence1776: Drawing of Maglor with a harp on right, words "sing of honor lost" and "Noldolantë" on the left and bottom, respectively (Default)

B2MeM Challenge: When the Dark Tower is thrown down and the Dark Lord defeated, the Eight, leaderless, find themselves out of work. In order not to die of boredom (can the undead die, anyhow?) they start up a business in Sulfurous Exfoliants. Who would their customers be? How well would their business thrive? Would they be allowed to remain within Mordor, or have to take their custom elsewhere?
Format: Short story
Genre: Crack. Complete and utter crack.
Rating: General
Warnings: None
Characters: Khamûl, Ringwraiths, cameos of other canon characters
Pairings: None
Creators' Notes (optional): My version of the Faire; not authoritative.

B2MeM Challenge: O-62: Review a story that you've read but not yet reviewed
Genre: Review

B2MeM Challenge: Kink (Femslash), The Immortal (Magic and Real), Fear of commitment (Relationship), I saw all the bright people in imposing flocks they landed (Song Lyrics)
Format: Short story
Genre: Romance
Rating: I'm going to go ahead and say "Adult." Though we're all adults here, right?
Warnings: Sex, mature themes--though more the latter than the former, I think. (Political BDSM?)
Characters: Sauron, (gender-swapped) Witch-King of Angmar, OFC
Pairings: Sauron/Witch-Queen, Witch-Queen/OFC
Summary: All is barter: for those who’d rule kingdoms, there are no safe words.
Note: This is a prequel to my earlier story, The Annals of Angmar, which presupposes that the Witch-King was actually a Witch-Queen.

Also, is it wrong that I now find Sauron kind of attractive?

Link goes to my journal.
