This post was originally intended for World Poetry Day (which apparently is 21 March), but failed to happen that day. Creator’s Notes (optional): I belatedly realized that my first rec list about Celebrimbor didn’t include any fanworks with Narvi! This seemed like a serious omission. Eregion is one of my favorite settings in Middle-earth, specifically in the Second Age when friendship with Khazad-dûm flourished. I don’t know if “the Doors of Durin” specifically counts as a setting, but I love them too, both as a work of craft and art, and for what they represent.
Summary: Five gen and slash fics and one artwork featuring the relationship between Celebrimbor and Narvi, mostly involving the creation of the Doors of Durin.
